The engagement, spanning six months, involved: - Complete data warehouse design and implementation on Azure SQL - Integration of 7 previously disconnected data sources (ERP, POS, HR, marketing, logistics, finance, and customer loyalty) - Development of a suite of 14 Power BI dashboards serving executives, operations, finance, and store management teams - A machine learning powered sales forecasting model covering all product categories across 12 locations - Staff training and capability transfer to ensure the client team can maintain and extend the solution independently The Results The client has reported a 34% reduction in stock-outs since implementing the forecasting model, a 90% reduction in weekly reporting effort, and for the first time, executives have a real-time unified view of the entire business.
